Q. Can I customise any Moyses Stevens products?
A. Absolutely - All of our birthday flower bouquets are crafted in beautiful designs but we understand that you may want to swap something around or create a bespoke design for that someone special. Feel free to contact our customer service team and receive a quote for free.
Q. Can I request delivery at a specified time?
A. Yes, of course. We usually offer signature bouquets with our flower and champagne combinations. However, if you are looking for a bespoke arrangement, simply get in touch with our customer service team for a free quote.
Q. Can I request a delivery at a specified time?
A. Yes, you can. If you require your order of flowers and champagne to be delivered at a specific time, please select the morning delivery. Our normal shipping service runs from 9 am to 6 pm 7-days a week. We are unable to provide an exact delivery window but we offer morning and evening delivery slots. These are available from 9 am -12 noon and 6-10 pm.
Q. Can I use the Click & Collect service on these products?
A. Certainly. You can call ahead and speak to any one of our Moyses Stevens’ shops to arrange a Click & Collect delivery or choose the ‘collection’ option at checkout. Choose your desired bouquet or plant and our florists will have it ready for you when you come in.
Q. How will my flowers and champagne arrive?
A. Your flowers and champagne will arrive neatly displayed. All of our delivery drivers and couriers handle your order with care and attention. We have our drivers that deliver your flowers throughout London and a third-party courtier that delivers nationwide orders. It is a fast and reliable service that you can enjoy as a customer of Moyses Stevens.
